October 2003 On behalf of the London Sustainable Development Commission (part of the Greater London Authority), ASA are undertaking a study on the development of sustainable aviation within the London area. The project covers current and future air traffic demand, patterns of usage, economic and environmental impact and future sustainable growth policies. October 2003 ASA are working with the European Commission on a major project on the development of air traffic management and air safety in the Balkans under the EC CARDS Programme. October 2003 Uttlesford District Council recently commissioned ASA to evaluate the implications of a new runway alignment at London Stansted Airport as a follow-up to the Government's SERAS study.
