Environmental Impact Study, London Luton Airport
An assessment of the environmental impacts (primarily aircraft noise) associated with several possible options for the development of London Luton Airport, including an extension of the existing runway and five possible alignments for a new replacement runway. The study, which was carried out for Luton Borough Council, also assessed the financial viability of each development option.

Section 106 Planning Agreement, London Manston Airport
Assistance to Thanet District Council in the preparation of a Section 106 Agreement (under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990). The Agreement covered aircraft noise and other environmental safeguards for the possible development of London Manston Airport (previously Kent International Airport), which had recently been purchased from the Ministry of Defence by the Wiggins Group.

Economic Incentives to Control the Global Environmental Impact of European Aviation
Member of the Dutch CE Delft team (incorporating ITA Paris) on a European Commission funded study of market based options for emissions reduction, with particular responsibility for assessing the practicalities of implementation through Eurocontrol.
