Financial and Economic Appraisal Nanjing Airport, China A study to determine the viability of relocating Nanjing Airport. Four key issues were addressed including: the determination of sound traffic forecasts as the basis for infrastructure planning; a detailed appraisal of the project, against a base case scenario, to determine the development case for relocating the airport to Lukou; the determination of the project's financial viability with reference to the Helsinki criteria applicable to tied aid and credits by OECD/DAC member countries; and the need for aid financing. Moshoeshoe International Airport Study Responsible for the economic and financial evaluation of the Master Plan for the development of Moshoeshoe International Airport in Lesotho, Southern Africa. Financial appraisal and cash flow forecasts were produced and extended to consider the economic implications of the project at the national level. Redhill Aerodrome Development Responsible for the financial evaluation of a scheme to develop Redhill Aerodrome as a satellite to London Gatwick Airport. Cash flow and profit projections were produced for the proposed investment, to be funded by a combination of debt and equity finance. Sensitivity analysis was used to test the effect of key variables such as forecasted traffic levels and the phasing of capital expenditure. |
