Zvartnots International Airport

Commissioned by the EBRD to oversee a major management procurement evaluation to employ an international management company to operate the new cargo complex at the Zvartnots International Airport in Armenia. Procurement evaluation procedure involved drawing up of tender documentation, shortlisting and interviewing of potential candidate companies.
