Transport Expert - European Commission (Europeaid)

Providing on-going consultancy assistance to the European Commission (Europeaid) as a specialist transport expert for the EC's TACIS programme of technical assistance to the former Republics of the Soviet Union. This work has included both a 14 month secondment to the Commission in Brussels and subsequent work in the UK and the Russian Federation. He has been responsible for the design of projects and preparation of Terms of Reference for over 20 projects in the aviation, rail, road, maritime and multi-modal sectors.
