EC CARDS Programme

Economist for the preparation of Terms of Reference and evaluation of tenders for a major project (EUR 5.0m) to strengthen institutions involved in air traffic control and aircraft safety in the Balkans, funded under the EC's CARDS Programme. The work is undertaken in conjunction with DG TREN, Eurocontrol and the European Joint Airworthiness Authority (JAA)
