EC ISPA Programme

Transport Economist for the preparation of Terms of Reference for a multi-modal study to develop Warsaw as a transport node in connection with Pan European Corridors I, II and IV. The study, which is funded under the EC's ISPA Programme, is designed to identify potential rail and road infrastructure projects which could be financed using public/private partnership funding and possible future EC Structural/Cohesion Funding following Poland's Accession to the European Union.
