London Luton Airport

Advice to Luton Borough Council on the proposed development of London Luton Airport and its implications in respect of the current concession agreement.  The analysis included a review of the airport's capacity, an assessment of the possible development options within the existing airport site and estimates of the capital costs of each development option.
