Tanzanian Airports

An institutional review and preparation of a number of master plans for airport development in Tanzania. Masterplans were produced for 10 airports and the primary tasks were to investigate the existing institutional structure of civil aviation in Tanzania and recommend proposed changes, to design and recommend appropriate training programmes for staff and to design a suitable management structure.
