St Petersburg International Airport

Commissioned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the US Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), to provide an operational, forecasting and financial appraisal of an international passenger terminal joint venture project. The work was later extended to review the promoter's revised business plan, to assess the viability of implementing the master plan in other areas of the airport, and to provide ongoing assistance to the Bank in respect of negotiations for project implementation.
