East Midlands Airport

Commissioned by Touche Ross to provide specialist technical and aeronautical advice to enable their client, the eventual successful bidder, to evaluate their financial investment in the airport. The report covered the following fields: security; runway and pavements; navaids; lighting; and air traffic control; and aircraft operations. The objective of the study was to check whether the client was likely to face any hidden liabilities, constraints or obligations.
