Redhill Aerodrome Development

Responsible for the financial evaluation of a scheme to develop Redhill Aerodrome as a satellite to London Gatwick Airport. Cash flow and profit projections were produced for the proposed investment, to be funded by a combination of debt and equity finance. Sensitivity analysis was used to test the effect of key variables such as forecasted traffic levels and the phasing of capital expenditure.
