Aviation policy can be developed at an international, European or national level.
Examples of current policy issues include:
• The impact of the EU's Single Sky Agreement
• The implications of State Aid in the airline or airport sector
• The requirements for competition within the airline and airports sectors
• The need for and the siting of new airports or additional airport infrastructure
• The development of a sustainable aviation industry
The ASA team have personal experience in working with or advising the major
institutions involved in air transport policy including the European Commission,
ICAO and national governments.
