Future Development of London Airports

Advice to Transport for London (TfL) on three specific topics concerning the development of London’s airports for TfL’s response to the UK Government’s SE Regional Air Services Study. The topic areas included the validity of the Department for Transport's traffic forecasts, the implications of the possible development of three London hub airports and the possible effects of an aviation fuel tax and/or VAT on air fares.
