Iberia Airways Restructuring Study

An investigation and report for the European Commission on Iberia's compliance with the Commission's stipulations underpinning their decision to approve a capital injection of $570M. Fleet management, staff reduction matters and divestment of Latin American subsidiaries were examined. In addition operating financial performance was analysed and compared to the Commission's targets.
