Peter Forbes has been working as an Air Transport Expert for an evaluation of transport and logistics expenditure by the EC’s DG ECHO (Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations). 

DG ECHO is responsible for its own humanitarian air service, ECHO Flight in West and Central Africa and is a major donor to UNHAS (United Nations Humanitarian Air Service) and other similar operations.   The evaluation has been carried by Landell Mills.
