Manila International Airport

ASA provided consultancy advice to the Asian Development Bank to review the development proposals for the new international terminal at Manila.  This terminal was built as a BoT project and ADB were the principal lenders.

ASA were advisors on the planning, engineering, financial, economic and environmental aspects of this development and also acted as the ADB advisor during construction.
